Silarukov is a Russian grip-equipment brand with both fixed-resistance and adjustable grippers. Its catalog also includes large chest-crush devices, which should be distinguished from the conventional one-hand grippers.[1][2]

Fixed-resistance grippers

The manufacturer's English-language catalog lists thirteen strengths from 30 to 150 kg. These are the manufacturer's model labels, not a set of RGC measurements.[1]

Collector records preserve useful measurements of individual examples. A Silarukov 100 recorded by degradated has a 55 mm spread and a 120 lb RGC rating attributed to Cannon PowerWorks. A second 100 in the same collection has a 53 mm spread and a 113 lb rating. Both are recorded as 2024 examples.[3][4]

The differing measurements matter when comparing grippers secondhand: a model number alone does not specify the exact spread or measured closing resistance.

Adjustable designs

Silarukov's catalog distinguishes several adjustable products. SILARUKOV-1 and SILARUKOV-3 are named adjustable grippers; the latter is described as having adjustable resistance and distance between the handles. The PARALLEL model is another separately named design.[5]

These should be identified by their full product names rather than treated as adjustable versions of a particular numbered fixed gripper.

Giant chest-crush gripper

The 10 mm Giant is a much larger, two-handed chest-crush device. The manufacturer's description specifies a 10 mm spring, seven handle positions, 20 cm basic handles and extensions allowing a maximum handle length of 40 cm. Its listed mass is 3.6 kg, with steel and polyurethane handles.[2]

The same product page identifies a separate 14 mm Monster version. These names and dimensions distinguish the chest-crush tools from the pocket-sized fixed-resistance series.[2]
