Silvis
Silvis was a South Korean grip-equipment maker and retailer whose archived catalog documents several distinctive torsion-spring and U-spring gripper families. The international catalog was active by 2013 and remained available in archived form during the mid-2010s.[1][2]

Monster Hunter
The Monster Hunter series used large aluminum handles, military-rank markings, and separate service-themed versions. The archived catalog offered Army and Air Force versions in five levels:[1]

These figures are the maker's catalog ratings, not RGC measurements. Individual specimens can vary. Monster Hunters also appear in independent rating lists and collection records, including Navy and Marine Corps marked examples.[3][4]
Silvis operated a Monster Hunter certification program. Contemporary videos and forum posts document athletes attempting and completing its levels, but Gripperpedia does not reproduce the changing certification roster.[5]

The archived catalog also documents:
- Dinosaur Hunters, Velociraptor, Pteranodon, Stegosaurus, Triceratops, T-Rex, and Megalodon models, advertised from 24 kg at the low end to 155 kg at the top of the line.
- Frankenstein, an adjustable U-spring gripper. The Advanced model used a 7.5 mm spring and the Elite used an 8.0 mm spring. Each was supplied with three handles.
- Scissor Grips V2, offered in Intermediate [yellow], Advanced [blue], and Elite [red] versions.
- Anvil Gripz and a make-your-own-gripper section, alongside other armwrestling and grip equipment.
The catalog offered international shipping through Korea Post, supporting the brand's identification as a Korean operation.[1]
Preservation
Silvis's former retail sites are no longer dependable live references. The archived catalog is therefore the most useful surviving primary source for product names and advertised specifications. Independent records, ratings, and photographs help document actual examples without treating the catalog's resistance claims as standardized measurements.
